The Opportunity

We’re seeking a seasoned commercial attorney to step into a full‑time, 6‑month secondment with a Fortune 500 global logistics leader ( strong likelihood of converting to a full‑time employee role ) . Supporting the company’s Global Sourcing and Real Estate legal team , this role offers exposure to a dynamic international practice — spanning SaaS and technology agreements, vendor and procurement contracts, transportation deals , and commercial real estate matters.

This is a great fit for a practical, business‑oriented lawyer with a global mindset and the ability to operate in a lean, high‑performing in‑house environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work across legal disciplines and time zones while collaborating directly with senior legal and business stakeholders.

About the Client

Our client is a Fortune 500 logistics and technology powerhouse with operations in over 100 countries. Its legal team is trusted, collaborative, and highly integrated into the business. The culture blends operational rigor with curiosity and humility — and offers the rare opportunity to support both sophisticated global sourcing initiatives and meaningful real estate transactions.

• Location : Preference for Seattle‑area offices (Bellevue, Seattle, Federal Way, Lynnwood); open to strong candidates in Atlanta or Miami
• Duration : 6 months with strong potential for FTE conversion
• Compensation : $175,000–$210,000 annualized
• Benefits : Healthcare, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and bar dues during the secondment
