Role Description

This is a remote role for a High Volume Fitness Recruiter at TrainSpace. The High Volume Fitness Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding fitness trainers across the country. They will manage a high volume of recruitment activities, collaborate with gym partners, and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage high volume recruitment tasks
• Knowledge of the fitness industry and personal training certification is a plus
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Go High Level Experience or comfortable learning our CRM
