What We're Looking For :

• A detail-oriented and dependable professional with strong leadership and technical skills.
• Three years of phlebotomy / accessioning experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or 2 years of work experience.
• Demonstrated CRT / computer knowledge and ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and human relations skills.

What You Will Do :

Serves as lead worker for assigned group and provides advanced technical skills necessary to perform accessioning procedures. Perform duties in the preanalytical phase of testing by preparing samples for testing and delivering them to laboratory departments.
