Responsibilities : Teaching diverse groups of kids and adults how to sail in Cape Cod Mercury 15' sailboats.

Requirements :

• Sailing experience and some weekend availability is required.
• You must be friendly, outgoing, dynamic, and engaging.
• Experience working with kids and other paddle sports like kayaking and canoeing is desirable.
• Instructor certifications and CPR is desirable but not required.

Starting Pay for Instructors : $16.50-25 / hour + tips based on experience
