A company is looking for a Dispatcher. Key Responsibilities Monitor internal task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs Reach out to servers to claim jobs and resolve issues related to missing customer information Report trends in stuck jobs and notify recruiters of areas needing additional coverage Required Qualifications Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Ability to work collaboratively within a small team Familiarity with using communication tools such as text, phone, and email Proficiency in monitoring and reporting trends Understanding of legal document delivery processes is a plus
