About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our Marketing team's capabilities. This role is central to the creation, execution, and tracking of our digital marketing strategy, ensuring optimum lead generation and ROAS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working in PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Yelp, and other relevant platforms in a multi-unit enviornment.

Responsibilities- We are looking for hard-working, team players who possess :

Google Ads Certification with hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multi-unit Google Ads MCC structures

Proficient in full-funnel digital strategy , including paid media, SEO, local search, and social advertising

Expertise in campaign setup, optimization, and bid management for Google PPC with a focus on lead generation and ROI

Strong understanding of local SEO strategies including :

Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization

Local citations and listing management

Local ranking analysis and tracking

Experienced in SEO monitoring and performance improvement using tools such as :

SEMrush

BrightLocal

Skilled in managing Facebook Ads , including :

Custom audience development

Interest and behavior targeting

Budget pacing and performance refinement

Data-driven decision-maker , capable of interpreting campaign analytics and making proactive optimizations Familiarity with reputation management and review generation platforms such as Birdeye

Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-location franchise or enterprise environments , managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

Collaborates effectively with marketing leadership, creative teams, and vendors to ensure cohesive brand execution

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

Performance Reporting : Regularly report on campaign performance and insights to senior

management, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future

strategies.
