Deep expertise in life insurance business and operations, including product development, underwriting, pricing / actuarial, and digital transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of how life insurers leverage consumer data for underwriting, marketing, and risk assessment. Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment and deliver results. Bachelor's degree with 15+ years in insurance, including 7+ years in life insurance. We'd love to see : strategic thinking with the ability to draw connections between client needs, the competitive landscape, and TransUnion capabilities exposure to predictive analytics and third-party data partnerships. Ability to create thought leadership content and represent TU's perspective in the market. Experience with the creation and delivery of presentations, particularly to public and executive audiences.
First 90 days : Build relationships with key stakeholders, understand the current state of the business, and align on growth objectives and priorities. Beyond 90 days : Define and direct the execution of TU's life insurance growth strategy Serve as the life insurance subject matter expert, enabling stakeholders to position, promote, sell, and support TU Identify and validate new product concepts that drive future growth. Develop thought leadership and market insights to position TU as an industry leader. Monitor regulatory changes and partner with Government Relations to protect data use. Support revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis in partnership with Finance and Sales.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. The U.S. base salary range for this position is $166,800.00 - $250,000.00 annually. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
