Position Overview

We are seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our luxury apartment communities in Cincinnati, OH. This role is ideal for high-performing leaders outside the real estate industry who have a proven track record of driving sales, leading teams, and delivering measurable business growth. The General Manager will be responsible for maximizing community performance, developing and motivating top talent, and delivering exceptional experiences to residentsall within a culture that prizes accountability, achievement, and continuous improvement.
