State Licensed Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for a Director, Senior Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate software licensing and cloud services agreements

Negotiate various partnership agreements and advise teams on IP issues throughout product development

Manage global IP portfolio and strategy, including educating internal teams on IP concepts and policies

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited US law school

Member of the bar in good standing in at least one US state

At least 10 years of IP and technology experience, preferably in-house or from a law firm

Nuanced understanding of global IP concepts, including AI / ML and US IP law

Demonstrated expertise in managing IP portfolios and negotiating technology agreements
