Yale Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This position will be located in our Westchester, PA location.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage directly with customers through in-person visits to drive sales and build strong business relationships.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions by partnering with internal teams and product specialists.
• Prospect for new business and develop existing accounts to grow sales in Construction, Commercial, Energy Services, and Industrial markets.
• Generate accurate quotes and manage the sales cycle from inquiry to order.
• Attend sales and product training sessions to expand industry knowledge.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitive activity.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while delivering outstanding service.
• Travel regularly to customer sites and branch offices.
