Mechanical Systems Company LLC is a fully licensed Mechanical and Plumbing contractor in Memphis, TN. We focus on working with commercial and industrial customers, providing quality workmanship and the absolute best value for the price.
We are looking for a confident, organized, team-oriented Construction Plumber with experience running large commercial and industrial plumbing projects.
Position Summary : The construction plumber has total responsibility for the field operations of the project. He is responsible for the direct supervision of all personnel and coordination of all subcontractors. His position is inherently responsible for a properly scheduled and orderly project completed on time and within budget.
Pay Scale : $26.00 per hour & up depending on experience

Qualification Requirements :
Valid driver's license and insurable driving recordMinimum 2 years of management / supervisory experience; managing projects, budgets, timelines, and quality of workMinimum 3 years of commercial plumbing experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with a diverse workforceMust possess knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with staff concerning operations, policies, work rules, assignments, scheduling changes / practices, and other areas relevant to operationsExceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundingsExcellent computer skills (proficiency with MS Office)OSHA 10 and 30 certificationsAbility to travel to job sites out of townAbility to train and supervise others
