• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with initial coverage Dec 23 - Jan 5, then ongoing 7 days per month
• 14 - 16 office patients per day with both inpatient and outpatient care
• 1 : 4 call ratio with 15-minute response time required
• General otolaryngology with surgical and endoscopic procedures required
• Complex head and neck procedures including thyroidectomy and rhinoplasty
• Septal and sinus procedures with laryngoscopy and tracheotomy
• Hospital privileges required for admissions and call coverage
• Extended parotidectomy and facial surgery skills preferred
