About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Industrial Sales to spearhead its industrial sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing a high-performing sales organization. This role demands a leader who can set and execute sales strategies in line with corporate goals, lead the sales cycle for major opportunities, and adapt to market and competitive changes. Key outcomes for the first 12-18 months include achieving aggressive sales targets, expanding relationships with strategic accounts, and optimizing sales processes for maximum impact.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), at least 12 years of B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in executive sales leadership, and a proven track record in selling complex technology or network solutions to industrial sectors. The role requires expertise in long-cycle enterprise sales, government contracting, and proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools. The ideal candidate will also possess strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills, and demonstrate competencies in results orientation, strategic thinking, and relationship building. Familiarity with industrial IoT and related technologies, as well as experience in private network sales, is a plus. The position is remote, with travel for client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.
