Trash Technician

We are hiring immediately for a full time Trash Technician position.

Address : Dell Children's Medical Center - 4900 Mueller Boulevard, Austin, TX 78723. Note : online applications accepted only.

Schedule : Full time schedule; days may vary, 3 : 00 pm to 11 : 30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement : Prior experience as a trash technician is preferred.

Fixed Pay Rate : $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary : Collects, transports, and properly disposes of trash and bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Identifies, transports, and disposes of trash, chemicals, and bio-hazardous materials using proper safety procedures.
• Performs cleaning functions as assigned; properly operates cleaning equipment as designated.
• Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
