Job description

About the Company

A busy, growing, Regional Law Firm has openings for attorneys with general liability and / or construction defect litigation experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of general liability and / or construction defect litigation cases
  • Prepare for, attend and conduct hearings, depositions and mediations.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court and during negotiations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of recent general liability or construction defect litigation experience in Florida
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
