We seek a Front Office Manager to join our team. Don't miss out on the opportunity to work in a fantastic resort in a breathtaking environment. You will deliver efficient check-in and check-out services and coordinate front-office activities in this position.

Responsibilities include :

• Handling day-to-day staffing needs, planning and assigning work and establishing performance and development goals for team members.
• Assisting in the daily maintenance of room inventory status.
• Leading the Front Desk team by crafting a positive work environment.
• Overseeing and resolving resolution of problems arising from owner / guest concerns with a commitment to satisfying every guest / owner.
• Maintaining a positive collaborative work environment between staff and management.
• May be required to perform other reasonable duties as requested by management.
• Effectively handling incidents and guest concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring quality assurance standards of hospitality are provided to all members, owners, and guests on property and / or via telephone.
