Clinical Nurse II : Intensive Care Units - 36 hours / week NIGHTS

Join our dynamic team in the Surgical and Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit (SICU and Neuro ICU), where we provide specialized care for critically ill adult patients (14 and older) across 30 intensive care beds. Our unit integrates a balanced care approach for neuro and surgical patient populations, managing complex conditions such as traumatic brain injuries, multi-trauma cases, strokes, and more.

The focus of patient care includes :

• Life-threatening conditions related to major surgeries
• Multi-organ system failure
• Hemodynamic instability and failures
• Advanced monitoring and treatment protocols

To qualify, you must be a graduate of a professional academic nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree, and hold a current NYS Registered Nurse license. Additionally, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills alongside a commitment to quality improvement in patient care.
