Central Sales Strategy Manager
Addison Group is partnering with our client, a global organization within the hospitality sector, to hire a Central Sales Strategy Manager for a long-term contract assignment. This role supports a nationwide portfolio and focuses on strategic, data-driven sales initiatives across the hotel landscape.
The Central Sales Strategy Manager will develop and execute proactive commercial and sales strategies to support a multi-property portfolio. This role plays a key part in enhancing revenue performance, aligning sales efforts across business units, and providing insight-driven recommendations to leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep hospitality experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and manage strategic sales plans that support commercial goals across a diverse hotel portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities using market data, analytics platforms, and targeted outreach strategies.
- Partner closely with revenue management, marketing, and centralized sales teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution.
- Track performance trends and competitive activity to identify improvement areas and drive results.
- Lead and contribute to annual and long-range commercial planning efforts.
- Provide strategic guidance to sales specialists to ensure consistent execution of initiatives.
- Monitor industry, economic, and demand trends to shape sales strategy and adjust plans as needed.
- Act as a connector between centralized teams and on-property leadership to ensure clarity, collaboration, and shared goals.
Qualifications :
Experience in business development, sales strategy, or commercial planning within the hospitality or travel industry.Knowledge of Select Service hotel operations and both Group and Transient sales.Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting data and turning insights into action.Proficient in sales and analytics tools (CoStar strongly preferred; Envision, TravelClick, or similar tools a plus).Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Previous management experience or experience supporting multi-property strategies is a plus.Familiarity with pricing, segmentation, and revenue optimization is preferred.Additional Details :
