Redi-Rock Loader Operator

The Redi-Rock Loader Operator is responsible for all accurate stocking of inventory in the yard. Responsibilities include making sure the correct Redi-Rock product is loaded on each tractor trailer for delivery based upon the ticket. This position also coordinates all activity in the stock yard. The Redi-Rock Loader Operator and the Redi-Rock Production Foreman and the Redi-Rock Division Manager work closely together daily to ensure complete customer satisfaction and quality.

Loader Operator Duties :

• Safely and efficiently operate a front-end loader with forks to load Redi-Rock product for delivery.
• Safely and efficiently operate a front-end loader with forks to stock inventory in the yard.
• Fully understand and follow the company's philosophy as it pertains to customers
• Ensure contracted and company owned trucks are loaded with accurate product for delivery
• Act in a courteous and professional manner to all customers including third party
• Complete all maintenance on plant for the safe and efficient operation of the assigned plant including Plant / Yard inspections and maintenance (as per the Plant Maintenance Schedule)
• Maintain concrete block forms and surrounding area. Pour, strip and stockpile blocks in a neat, orderly, and safe manner
• Keep all yard and plant areas neat, orderly, and as safe as possible at all times
• Snow plowing, removal, and sanding of areas (if necessary)
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections
• Perform weekly grease (more frequently when needed)
• Ensure that equipment is always kept clean inside and out

We guarantee 40 hours all year round! Voluntary layoff accepted. Must be able to work flexible hours as necessary. Some Saturday work required
