Job Description : - Outpatient Internal Medicine opening - Mix of value-based and fee-for-service patients - Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 to 5 : -18 patients per day - No hospital responsibilities Compensation and Benefits : - Employed position with base salary plus bonus incentives and company stock - 220k salary plus quality bonuses based on star ratings - Bonuses up to 40k year one. -Additional bonuse year two - Malpractice, - $5,000 relocation, - 22 days PTO, 6 paid public holidays, health insurance, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, employee assistance program Community : - Primary care group with multiple locations along the Florida Atlantic Coast Requirements : - BC / BE Family or Internal Medicine - Full License and ACN considered - Spanish bilingual required
