RN Nursing Supervisor-Nursing Home

Located in Oceanside, NY

Salary : 55 / HR; depending on prior experience

Day & Night Shift Avaiable

Qualifications :

Must have current NY RN license

Must have nurse management experience in long-term care / skilled nursing facility

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Prior experience as a Nursing Supervisor is preferred

Responsibilities :

Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities and provide leadership in clinical problem solving.

Nurse will evaluate and schedule in-services / training as needed.

Ensure department activities and records are in adherence to AAAHC and various licensing and regulatory requirements.

Will consider a STRONG Charge Nurse for this position
