Remote - IT Business Analyst

Job Summary : We are hiring an IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, working with developers, and ensuring seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with IT and business teams to define system requirements. Document functional and technical specifications. Analyze data to support system enhancements and business strategies. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT). Work with stakeholders to implement new IT solutions. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business. 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SQL. Strong technical understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
