The Regional Resource RN will float between the designated NWA Community Mercy Hospital facilities. Qualifications : Licensure : Current Arkansas License. Experience : Minimum 2 years RN Acute Care experience. Six months of this experience should be within the last year. Certifications : BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently. ACLS and NIH certification to be obatined within 90 days of hire.
