Data Analyst & Business Analyst

Our client, a business and data-driven organization, is seeking a Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst / Business Analyst, you will be part of the Project Analytics Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Data Analyst / Business Analyst (Project-Based)

Location : Remote (US)

Pay Range :

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour

What's the Job?

Collect, clean, and manage datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability

Analyze data using statistical tools to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

Evaluate business processes, workflows, and systems to recommend improvements

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders using tools like Power BI or Tableau

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and support implementation of solutions

What's Needed?

Experience with data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing

Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods

Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement

Ability to create clear, actionable reports and visualizations

Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
