Certified Revenue Integrity Specialist

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Specialist to ensure compliance with charge capture and billing processes in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Revenue Cycle Management by identifying charge capture opportunities and conducting audits

Assist management with coding guidelines for new procedures to ensure compliance

Perform prospective audits and reconcile charge capture activities to promote accurate billing practices

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum two years of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 CM coding and / or medical billing experience

One required certification : CPC, COC, RHIT, RHIA, or CCS

Healthcare experience and understanding of payer regulations are required

Experience in providing education and trend analysis related to revenue and reimbursement
