Job Description :

The Department of Pathology at the University of Toledo Medical Center (UTMC) is seeking a full-time tenure track academic surgical pathologist. UTMC is a tertiary care center that supports UT College of Medicine programs for medical students graduate students and residents in a wide variety of programs. The Department of Pathology has training programs for AP / CP residents for pathologists assistants and for laboratory technicians.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate primary clinical responsibilities at UTMC with other anatomic pathologists
• Teaching of residents and medicalstudents is a critical part of this position and the successful applicant must have exemplary teaching skills.
• Excellent opportunities are available for independent or collaborative research and the candidate is expected to develop a strong publication resume.
• Provide services Monday through Friday

Call every sixth weekend
