Order Entry Specialist

Our innovative technology has been developed and refined over decades by an experienced team of sanitation, food safety, and healthcare experts.  We are looking for a customer service enthusiast to step into our Order Entry Specialist position. In this role, you will work closely with our Outside Sales Team, Inside Sales Managers, and the rest of our team to ensure the best possible experience for our customers through customer outreach calls and managing the order entry process.   Who You Are This role would be a great fit if you enjoy :

• Conducting customer outreach calls.  Assisting with data entry, order placement, and order management.  Being flexible and adaptable to accommodate customer needs.  Maintaining and managing customer relationships.
