As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you maintain high visibility and provide exceptional customer service. You will interact with employees and visitors, manage access control, and respond promptly to any incidents or requests, all while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members while on duty.

Document all security-related incidents, suspicious activities, and / or unusual events according to company protocols.

Follow protocols specific to the tech, media, and telecom environment, which may include access control, checking credentials, and monitoring sensitive areas.

Remain attentive to changing conditions within the location and adapt responses as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
