Job descriptionGraphic Design Complete or modify designs from customer drawings or files, ensuring accuracy and production readiness Determine layout, typography, and design elements based on space, aesthetic appeal, and production requirements Maintain customer logo libraries and convert graphic files as needed Printer Operation & Sign Production Prepare substrates, weed vinyl, mask graphics, and mount prints Assist with light assembly of signs and graphics for installation Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, correct materials, and proper finishing Help maintain equipment and work areas in clean, working order Office & Customer Support Use company software to track and update sign projects Support team members with general office tasks when needed 1–2 years of graphic design or print production experience High School diploma or equivalent (college-level design training preferred) Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Photoshop a plus Comfort with both computer work and hands-on production tasks Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Willingness to learn new equipment and techniques

A Successful FASTSIGNS Graphic Designer & Production Assistant Will :
Create computer-generated full-color graphics and vinyl output for signs, banners, and displays
Operate large-format printers, plotters, laminators, and related equipment
Assist with answering phones, greeting customers, and handling basic inquiries
