We are a fully digital office offering the latest in dental technology, are equipped with a CBCT, and offer 2- 3 operatories and a dedicated team our dentists. Suppose you are a General dentist who wants to provide a wide variety of dental treatments with autonomy and the ability to have an FT predictable schedule with weekends off. In that case, we want to hear from you.What We Offer : Competitive Compensation : Start with a guaranteed salary for the first six months, followed by a tiered commission structure. For more information, or to be considered, apply today~Essential FunctionsWhat You'll Do : Deliver a full spectrum of dental services, including restorative dentistry, endodontics, extractions, implants, Invisalign, and oral a collaborative team of hygienists and dental assistants in delivering outstanding patient care.Expand your expertise in comprehensive dentistry, including crown & bridge, removable prosthodontics, implants, oral surgery, and even aesthetic treatments like Botox and fillers!Work in a patient-centric, dentist-led practice with support from some of the best clinicians in the industry.QualificationsActive Colorado Dental LicenseActive DEA CertificationDDS or DMD degreeCPR / ACLS certificationInvisalign certified or desire to become certifiedDenticon experience is a plus~Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesClinical Knowledge & SkillsProficient in diagnosing and treating common oral health issues, including caries, periodontal disease, and occlusal problems.Competent in performing a wide range of general procedures : Dental restorations (fillings, crowns, bridges)Root canal therapy (anterior and premolars; molars preferred)Simple and some complex extractionsProphylaxis, scaling, and root planingFabrication and fitting of dentures and partialsFamiliarity with current dental materials, instruments, and technology (e.g., digital radiography, intraoral scanners, etc.)Patient Care & CommunicationAbility to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgroundsSkilled in educating patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment optionsCompassionate and capable of managing patients with dental anxiety or special needsClear and professional communication with patients, families, and team membersPractice Management & CollaborationEfficient in managing patient time and treatment planningKnowledge of charting, documentation, and using dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)Understands and follows proper infection control and OSHA standardsWorks collaboratively with hygienists, dental assistants, and front office staffSupports a positive, team-oriented practice cultureProfessionalism & GrowthMaintains active dental licensure and completes required continuing educationOpen to mentorship, feedback, and learning new techniques or technologiesCommitted to ethical, evidence-based dentistryUnderstands basic insurance terminology and how it affects treatment planningWork EnvironmentGeneral Dentist Setting- 6 op fully digital practiceEducation and ExperienceDDS or DMD degree2 or more years hands on clinical experience in a General Dentist settingInvisalign Certified Additional Eligibility QualificationsExperience : At least 3-5 years of clinical experience, with a desire to perform a wide range of dental procedures.Leadership Skills : Leading a team and collaborating effectively with hygienists and dental assistants.Patient-Centered : Motivated to provide top-notch care while achieving production goals in a patient-first environment.Pay RangeUSD $150,000.00 - USD $300,000.00 / Yr.
