Haven Home Health seeking a Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated team and provide skilled therapy services to patients in the Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, and Delray Beach areas. If you are passionate about patient care and want to be part of a supportive home health team, we want to hear from you!
Position Details :
- Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM 4 : 30 PM
- Productivity : 32 points per week (full-time)
- Patient Scheduling : Patients are grouped by location for efficiency
