Job Description

Manage daily operations of construction sites, ensuring safety and compliance with federal and state regulations. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project deadlines and budgets. Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the construction process. Prepare and maintain project schedules and reports. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and safety protocols. Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on-site.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent- Federal and State should have :

• Proven experience in construction project management within the Business Services industry.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state construction regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in construction scheduling and reporting tools.
