we are growing again. We are a busy personal injury defense firm in Garden City, NY, and we are seeking another

trial attorney with 4+ years of

experience

in all phases of personal injury litigation, preferably defense, including motor vehicle, labor law, and premises liability cases. The candidate must be a self-starter, well-organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Admission to NYS Bar is required.

Duties to include, but are not limited to :

The ability to handle a large caseload from inception to conclusion;

Trial experience is required.

The attorney will be required to appear as necessary in the Supreme and Civil Courts in various counties, including the 5 Boroughs, as well as Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester.

Ability to review and analyze medical records, prepare reports to carriers, and provide verdict and settlement values;

Conducting and defending general liability and motor vehicle accident depositions as necessary.

Drafting discovery and Summary Judgment motions.

Knowledge of TABS-3 Billing program is a plus, but will train;

Proficiency with a computer, Microsoft Outlook, and Word is required.

Salary range is $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 and is commensurate with experience;
