Call Center Solutions Specialist (On-Site)

Location : Center City, Philadelphia

Type : Contract-to-hire

Pay : $18 / hr contract → $20 / hr upon conversion

Schedule : Training Mon–Fri 12 : 00–8 : 00 PM (on-site). Post-training : 37.5 hrs / week between 8 : 00 AM–8 : 00 PM + 1 Sat / month meeting.

Responsibilities

Handle 50–100 inbound calls / day (parking tickets, boot / tow, hearings)

De-escalate issues, follow procedures, and drive first-call resolution

Document in CRM, process correspondence / refunds, complete admin tasks

Schedule and confirm hearings; meet QA, AHT, adherence, and documentation targets

Requirements

HS diploma / GED

6+ months high-volume call center or similar phone support

Proficient with multi-system / CRM navigation and accurate data entry

Clear, professional communication; organized and detail-oriented
