Qualified Candidates :

• Board certified or board eligible
• Practicing providers and new grads are encouraged to apply
• Rural Health Center - you may qualify for NHSC loan forgiveness
• Incoming candidate will join one other physician
• Practice is well supported by APPs, CMAs and LPNs
• Practice hours : 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
• Outpatient only
