How will you make an impact in this role?

We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology, innovation, and large-scale infrastructure transformation. In this role, you’ll lead a multi-year program to design, build, and modernize a next-generation data center and hybrid cloud ecosystem. You’ll collaborate across engineering, platform, and operations teams to drive modernization, automation, and the adoption of cutting-edge infrastructure technologies that power enterprise-scale systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Modern Infrastructure Programs : Drive the technical strategy and execution for a multi-year initiative to design and deliver a next-gen data center and supporting hybrid infrastructure.
• Cloud & Data Center Migrations : Architect and implement migration strategies across platforms, ensuring scalability, resilience, and zero-downtime transitions.
• Technology Roadmapping : Partner with cross-functional teams and external technology partners to define the future state of applications, platforms, and hardware. Build and maintain detailed migration and uplift roadmaps.
• Automation & Infrastructure as Code : Engineer automation solutions for provisioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management using tools such as Python, PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Operational Excellence : Establish governance, documentation, and reliability engineering practices to ensure systems are production-ready and operationally efficient.
• Innovation & Emerging Tech : Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies — including AI-driven operations, containerization, and software-defined infrastructure — to enhance scalability and performance.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to ensure cohesive infrastructure solutions and continuous delivery readiness.
• Vendor & Technology Leadership : Build strategic relationships with vendors and influence their technology direction to align with enterprise goals and innovation priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

Technical Expertise

Deep expertise in data center and hybrid cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and automation.

Professional Skills

Proven ability to lead complex infrastructure programs that span on-premise and cloud environments.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).

Salary Range : $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
