Market Service Representative

As a Market Service Representative at Alleima, you will be the first interface to provide world class market service to both existing and prospective customers. Your responsibilities will include :

• Responding to customer needs and inquiries via phone or email
• Processing and reviewing order flow
• Handling customer claims and ensuring accuracy of customer information in computer systems
• Supporting the sales team to achieve sales objectives and improve customer satisfaction
• Managing escalation of unresolved customer inquiries
• Other miscellaneous tasks

About You

You are a positive individual with a willingness to learn and a professional customer service attitude. Your excellent telephone and people skills enable you to handle direct and indirect communications with external customers, sales, production, finance, and management. You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking and prioritizing workload effectively. Your proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel, ensures you can manage customer orders, inquiries, invoicing, and documentation accurately. With a high school education or equivalent, you bring valuable customer service experience to the role, making you a key player in our team.
