INTERNATIONAL AMLAW 50 FIRM has an immediate opening for Investment Funds   Associate Attorneys in their Charlotte   office .

Candidate Profile :

• JD from a top-tier law school with e xcellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class).
• Active Bar Admission in North Carolina .
• 4–6 years of substantive experience in  investment management  and  fund formation .
• Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are required.
