About the Role
As the Facilities Manager, you will lead the facilities function for the Richardson, TX HARMAN Office. Facility services include building maintenance and workspace management. You will work with management to plan for future changes and requirements and adapt our workspaces to meet our ever-changing space requirements in a timely and efficient manner; Manage and prioritize daily facility work orders & priorities; Identify and work with vendors who supply facility services to our buildings & improvement projects; Oversee purchasing of materials and parts, approve campus invoices; Plan for and manage budgets for both operating and capital expenses.
