A company is looking for a Sales Director - Counter Affidavit for the Texas Market.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and secure new business with Texas-based defense attorneys and law firms

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling

Educate clients on the value of Counter Affidavits in litigation cost control

Required Qualifications and Education

4-year College degree (BA / BS) preferred or relevant industry experience

Proven success in legal services, medical review, or expert witness sales

Strong understanding of injury litigation and medical billing disputes

Ability to travel within Texas as needed

Experience with CRM software for maintaining records and reports
