Job description10 physicians, supported by 6 PAs and 3 NPs including pain management Two primary clinics (Alexandria and Pineville) and three satellite clinics Orthopaedic Urgent Care Two physical therapy locations State-of-the-art ASC opening in August 2026 onsite of main practice location in Alexandria Onsite EMG, imaging, injections, and DME Utilize ModMed EMR system for seamless workflow. Partnerships with LSU Shreveport, Louisiana Christian University, and the US Ski Team. Rapides Regional Medical Christus St Francis Cabrini Hospital Guaranteed base salary + productivity bonus as an Associate Physician Partnership track with no buy-in required Residency / Fellowship stipend available for those still in training Full business and operational support from U.S. Orthopaedic Partners (USOP) Access to mentorship and shared best practices across a growing national network of 250+ providers, including renowned groups like Andrews Sports Medicine and Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center Fellowship-trained in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery Eligible for or currently holding a Louisiana medical license Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care Educational Opportunities : Alexandria is home to highly-rated schools and family-centered educational programs, fostering a supportive learning environment for children. Mid State Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center is seeking a fellowship-trained, BC / BE Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon to join our world-class, physician-led team in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Position Highlights :
- High-demand opportunity with immediate surgical volume
- Bread-and-butter minimally invasive spine practice
- Balanced weekly schedule with2 2.5 days in clinic, 2 2.5 days in the OR, and 0.5 day for administrative time
- Strong referral network and experienced support staff
- New, state-of-the-art ASC opening onsite at main location in 2026
