Job description

A company is looking for a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Business Analyst to work remotely in the USA or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Join an implementation team to gather requirements and provide Salesforce RCA expertise

Configure solutions and identify pain points for customer needs

Work collaboratively with customers to supply effective solutions

Required Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce RLM / RCA is essential

Proven background as a Business Analyst is essential

A relevant degree is required

Salesforce certification is necessary
