RYVAN Recruiting is searching for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for directing all sales and business development initiatives for our staffing agency. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering a commission-only structure with significant earning potential for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The BDM will play a critical role in expanding our client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities for Direct Hire, Contract to Hire and Fractional Recruiting and Staffing services. Responsibilities : Proactively generate leads through cold and warm calls, emails, and in-person meetings with prospective , ensuring mutually beneficial , articulating our value proposition to prospective + new contacts per week to the agency's network (, hiring managers, HR professionals, or business decision-makers).Close 3+ new clients per month, securing contracts for staffing and recruiting services and open job orders.
