This creates a reusable Financial Passport for future private placements, making the investment process more streamlined and efficient.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Director of Investor Relations and Capital Raiser. The Director of Investor Relations will be responsible for managing investor communications, developing and maintaining relationships with the investment community, preparing and distributing press releases, and conducting financial modeling. Additional tasks include analyzing financial data, preparing investor reports, and representing the company in various investor meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in Investor Relations and strong Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of Finance and Financial Modeling
• Ability to create and distribute Press Releases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the financial services or investment management industry is a plus
