24-7 Restoration is growing! We are a locally owned emergency disaster response and reconstruction company looking for Reconstruction Superintendent / Field Manager to join our team. Our company provides services up and down the front range to a wide variety of residential and commercial clients. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, professional demeanor, and quick response to emergency situations and reconstruction needs. Job Summary :

Project Superintendents and Field Managers will be responsible for all aspects of the schedule, quality and budget as it relates to the performance of the reconstruction activities.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in reconstruction
• Excellent communication skills , including writing, speaking and listening
• Effective leadership skills
• Coordinated and highly organized
• Manage through schedules, daily logs and multitasking
• Great problem solving and decision making skills
• Moderate computer skills for use of project management software
• Have reliable transportation and personal cell phone
• Bi-lingual is a plus
• Ability to lead by example and set the tone
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean DMV and ability to pass a background check

Compensation : $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
