Job description

We are looking for a passionate, reliable and responsible Part or Full Time Line Cooks to join our amazing BOH team!

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently preparing stations to ensure a successful brunch / dinner service
  • Maintaining cleanliness in addition to health and safety standards
  • Ensure quality food comes out simultaneously with team members
  • Performs inventory assessments and communicates to chef efficiently
  • Maintains a positive and professional approach with colleagues

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of cooking experience
  • Entry level knife skills
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts standing
  • Safe Food Handlers is an asset
