We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician specializing in Women's Health to work as a First Assist. Previous experience in a surgical setting is preferred, but not mandatory.

Clinic Hours : The position follows standard clinic hours, with potential early starts at 7 am. No overnight shifts required.

Clinic Operational Hours : Monday ‐ Friday, 7 : 30 am ‐ 6 : 00 pm

Surgical Assistance : Serve as the first assist for our providers during surgeries and C‐sections. Responsibilities include surgery prep, retraction, controlling bleeding, suturing / closing, and direct collaboration with OB surgeons.

Base Compensation : $132k ‐ $144k. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
