Position Summary :

The Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) delivers advanced, trauma-informed medical care to children and youth in a shelter setting. This role encompasses comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader with strong clinical judgment, committed to promoting wellness and safety for vulnerable populations.
