Back End Developer (Issaquah)

Title : Sr. Java Backend Developer

Location : Issaquah, WA (Hybrid model three days onsite per week)

W2 Contract

Required :

• Minimum 10 years experience in performing API microservices development using SpringBoot and Java.
• Minimum 10 years of application development experience in Java.
• Experience with developing and running applications in a public cloud environment (GCP preferred).
• Hands-on working knowledge of a major relational database (DB2, SQL Server etc.) and / or NoSql.
• Experience working in CI / CD, and designing and delivering DevOps automation for app deployment and testing.
• Experience programming in databases such as Oracle, CosmosDB or SpannerDB.
• Possesses a strong understanding of the software development process (SDLC).
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented concepts and leveraging design patterns.
• Strong knowledge and experience working with databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate to both technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to execute against iteration plans and deliver assignments within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Able to support off-hours work as required, including weekends, holidays, and 24 / 7 on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis.
