As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas within a dynamic food and beverage location. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns within the food and beverage environment.

Observe and report any suspicious, unsafe, or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.

Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with directions and information while maintaining a professional presence.

Support emergency response operations, including evacuation guidance and communication with emergency services if required.

Document all incidents, observations, and activities clearly and accurately as directed by site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
